  • Perform analysis, design, implementation, documentation, monitoring and automated backup of servers and services Plan and Manage Project timelines and performance.

  • Strong knowledge on implementation and designing solutions.
  • Interact with customers and conduct POC.

Roles and Responsibilities – Cloud Sales

  • Establish deep, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
  • Leads account planning process that develops account strategy, financial targets and critical milestones a year.
  • Lead and manage the end to end sales process through engagement of appropriate resources such as Pre Sales Consultants, Executives and Partners.
  • Driving the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns.
  • Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Cloud /public cloud, IAAS Solutions, PAAS Solutions ,AWS, Data Centre Solutions, Azure.
  • Pipeline development through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence.

Roles and Responsibilities – Enterprise Account Manager

  • Providing End to End IT solutions in the field of Data Security, Data Availability, IT Infrastructure, Cloud services.
  • Developing new corporate clientsand establishing long term relation with them
  • Sales of Data Security solutions (end user as well as gateway level) & data availability solutions to the corporate customers.
  • Coordinating with Vendors and Principals to get the best prices and in closing the deals.
  • Responsible for end to end ownership of the accounts starting from lead generation to payment collection.
  • Develop and execute the client account strategy that clearly defines how the company will help the client grow and differentiate it.

Roles and Responsibilities – Engineer (Websense/DLP)

  • Assist client in installation, re-installation and configuration of WSG & DLP solution components in client’s environment during service period.
  • Perform troubleshooting on WSG & DLP Solution related issues by performing analysis and fine tuning, restricted to technical capabilities provided by vendor.
  • Monitor Websense WSG & DLP components on a periodic basis and submit reports to client’s team as and when required / requested.
  • Escalate WSG & DLP solution related issues to the vendor’s technical support as per client’s support agreement. Liaise, end to end co-ordinate and follow-up with vendor technical support.
  • Based on requirement from client, assist to perform WSG & DLP Policy Management inline to features/methods supported by vendor.
  • Based on requirement from client, assist to configure and generate custom reports.
  • Assist to perform User Access Management including implementation of roles and assignment of privileges to roles. Create, modify and delete user accounts in WSG & DLP based on user access management procedures defined by client.
  • Maintain WSG & DLP Solution health and performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning restricted to technical capabilities provided by vendor in their product.

Skills Required (Technical)

  • Experience in Solution Designing, Installation, Configuration and Operation of Information Security Products.
    • Websense Data Security Solutions (Mandatory).
    • Data Security (DLP) Solutions (preferred).
    • Forcepoint Web Security Solution.
  • Knowledge about Windows / Linux operating systems, TCP/IP, System Administration, Active Directory and Group Policy, Networking, Antivirus, Log Analysis, Data Security and Information Security principles.

Skills Required (Non Technical)

  • Superior verbal and written communication/presentation skills.
  • Cooperation and willingness.
